Can I Put My Xbox One On Carpet

Can i put my xbox one on carpet. You can never truly clean it and it just traps so much filth and germs. Carpet is all around bad for any electronics. Is it okay to run my xbox 360 ontop of the xbox 360 box that comes with it. You re going to suck up all the dirt dust and loose fibers from the carpet into your ps4.

If its very low but carpet like berber it should be fine but you can suck some fibers into the xbox and get the inside very dirty and over time clog up the fans and use it to overheat i keep my xbox ontop of an old school desk my mom has and it stays very welll ventilated if you want to have it on the carpet though i suggest you stand it up on its side but put it up agains something.
