Can I Use Vinyl As Fuel Line

Fuel can deteriorate lines that are not meant to carry gasoline.

Can i use vinyl as fuel line. Ok to use clear vinyl fuel line temporarily. And pick up some actual fuel line. It should however not be used on coolant systems oil systems or fuel. I got some clear vinyl tubes and it says the tubes can be used for chemicals gases like air and greases but can it withstand gasoline.
